Tom grew up in Mahopac, NY as the oldest of three brothers, Jack and Ryan, in a close-knit family led by his parents Tom and Christine — a foundation that instilled in him the values of responsibility, loyalty, and leading by example. He is a 2024 graduate of Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business with a B.S. in Finance, where he also honed his leadership and teamwork skills as a member of the NCAA Division I lacrosse team.
Outside of work, Tom stays active in the community — coaching youth lacrosse, exploring the outdoors, and strengthening the friendships and relationships that matter most to him.
